Step 1 of 7
Preheat your oven to 170-175°C and set a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray.

Pour Keto Coconut Bun Mix into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3 of 7
Add egg whites, apple cider vinegar and beat with an electric mixer.
Step 4 of 7
Add coconut oil and beat again.
Step 5 of 7
Add in boiling hot water and beat until mixture is well combined.
Step 6 of 7
Divide the dough into 5 pieces and roll into buns. Add sesame seeds as topping.

Bake for 50 minutes and turn down to 165°C for another 5 minutes.
For the caramelized onions & patties:
Step 1 of 4
Toss onions with butter in a medium pan, cook until caramelized.
Step 2 of 4
Cook wagyu patties to desired doneness. Melt a slice of cheese on top.
Step 3 of 4
Spread butter on the bun and lightly toast it.
Step 4 of 4
Assemble your burger with the patty, caramelized onions, wild rocket and hot sauce.
