Chia Seed Jam
Step 1 of 4
Heat the frozen berries in a saucepan on a stove.
Step 2 of 4
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, while stirring the berries.
Step 3 of 4
Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of maple syrup according to your preferred sweetness.
Step 4 of 4
Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to jazz it up!
French Toast
Step 1 of 3
Start by adding two cups of berries into a pot and squeeze some lemon juice and maple syrup. Mix it until it combines and add chia seeds. Once done, set it aside and let it cool.
Step 2 of 3
Then, melt butter in a medium heat pan and put Provisions Hot Cross Buns. Pan fry until it turns golden brown and transfer it to a serving plate.
Step 3 of 3
Finally, topped with almond butter and your homemade chia seed jam.

2 cups of Oob organic frozen berries
1/2 Lemon
2 tbsp of Maple syrup
2 tbsp of Chia seeds
French Toast
2 Provisions hot cross buns
2 Kodawari eggs
La Gall Beurre de Barrate
Any non-dairy milk (Globemilk's Almond Milk)
Tatua creme fraiche
