Smear a layer of goat cheese over each of the Crispbread. Top with a thin slice of smoked salmon.

Garnish it with capers and fresh dill and enjoy!

100g Meredith Dairy fresh dill goat cheese
200g Smoked salmon
6 Fresh dill
3 tbsp Cornichons
Lemon peel as needed
Black pepper as needed
