Method

Step 1 of 4

Wash and dry your produce.

Step 2 of 4

Cut up and portion into ziplock bags. Store in the freezer overnight or until ready to use.

Step 3 of 4

Add the frozen smoothie pack and greek yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water to achieve desired consistency.

Step 4 of 4

Green Kiwi

½ Granny Smith Apple

4 Kale Leaves

For Smoothie:

1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
