Chia Seed Jam
Step 1 of 3
Put kale, baby spinach, hemp seeds, Gippsland Yogurt, Ambrosia Raw Honey, mango, and chia seeds into the blender.
Step 2 of 3
Blend thoroughly until it turns smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer into a cup and enjoy!
Tips
Nut milk can be replaced with coconut water and mangoes can be substituted with pineapples depending on your preference.

1 tbsp of Hemp Seeds
1/3 cup of Gippsland Yogurt
2 tbsp of Ambrosia Raw Honey
1 cup of Mangoes
1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
