Method
Step 1 of 4
Blend dates in a blender/food processor until it forms a ball.
Step 2 of 4
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until combined. Ensure there are still small pieces of oats and chocolate, it should not be overly processed. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Step 3 of 4
Carefully roll into 1-inch balls.
Step 4 of 4
Pop them in the fridge or freezer to set or eat as is. Bites keep fresh in a ziplock back up to 1 week in room temperature or freeze for longer shelf life.

1 cup medjool dates, pitted
3 tbsp almond butter, or any nut butter
¼ cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 pack of Heal Salted Choc Vegan Protein
Pinch of salt
