Method

Step 1 of 8

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2 of 8

Crush 3 cups of Rice Krispies with a food processor for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3 of 8

Combine the crushed Rice Krispies with 500g of Bra's Almond Spice & Everything nice.

Step 4 of 8

Once the mixture is evenly mixed, you can start making your balls by pinching off a small amount and rolling it between your hands to form a small ball. ( You can use a cookie scoop, too!)

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6 of 8

Once you have made your balls, melt 2 cups of dark chocolate. You can simply put a metal/glass bowl on top of a saucepan with about an inch of water in it or you can simply use the microwave.

Then one at a time, dip your balls into the bowl of melted chocolate.

Decorate them with gold leaf or Christmas sprinkles to impress your guests at your next festive feast!

Tips

Tap gently against the bowl to let the excess chocolate drip off

2 cups Callebaut Dark Chocolate

3 cups Rice Krispies

500g Qra Almond Spice & Everything Nice

Christmas Sprinkles & edible Gold Leaf (as needed)
