Step 1 of 6
Ensure all the ingredients are washed. Soak the fish maw and abalone slices in water until soft.
Step 2 of 6
Meanwhile, heat up a pot of water to blanch the chicken.
Step 3 of 6
In the slow cooker, add the chicken and all ingredients and water except for the fish maw.
Step 4 of 6
Bring it to a boil. Once boiling, let it simmer for another 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Step 5 of 6
Add in the fish maw and continue to let it simmer until the fish maw is completely softened.
Step 6 of 6
Season with salt as needed and get ready to dig in.

3-4 pieces Dried Oyster
6-7 pieces Dried Scallops
1 handful Cordyceps Flowers
3 pieces Abalone slices
5-6 pieces Red Dates
1-2 pieces Fish Maw
1 handful Wolfberries
